I’m the professionally-trained pastry chef, recipe developer, and food photographer behind this publication, Pastry School 101, and I’m so happy that you’re here! During the day, I run the food blog Gathered At My Table, freelance photograph and develop recipes for brands and clients, teach cooking and baking classes, and play with food in my home kitchen.
